How to produce a Paper Can? Hank paper can factory tell you

There are 7 important processes in producing food grade paper can.

Let’s take a look at the production line of our factory.

Paper Can Production Process

Tube Rolling & Cutting

Here is our rolling and cutting station, where paper tubes are formed to precise diameters and lengths.

Labeling

Next up is labeling. Custom-designed labels are applied to each tube, transforming them into your own branded masterpiece.

Softening

Moving on to the softening process. The tubes are soaked in warm water for a set period to selectively soften the edges, preparing them for the next stage.

Curling

Right after is curling. The softened tubes are molded to flip the PE lining outward, ensuring a perfect setup for subsequent heat sealing.

Bottom Sealing

Then comes bottom sealing. Tinplate lids are securely attached to make the tubes robust and ready to hold various products.

Sterilization

Next is sterilization. Passing through a UV sterilization tunnel ensures every paper can meets strict food-grade standards.

QC & Packaging

Finally, quality control and packaging. Each can undergoes rigorous manual inspection to guarantee that only flawless products reach your hands.
